A recruiter contacted me to arrange a time for on-site interviewing. The whole process took 3 hours. It was a pleasure experience. The first interviewer has a 30-minutes talk about the company and introduce the interview process. Then there are 2 interview section, each for 1 hour with 2 different guy. The question includes why you choose this company, what they are doing, how you will contribute to the team, and etc.

The whole process took about 2 weeks after applying. They flew me out to Madison for the in person interview, the people were nice and every thing is paid for. Didn't get the job, but overall a good experience.
