Overall, they responded very quickly when scheduling interviews, making the process easy. Most of the questions were scenario-based and closely tied to the job requirements, giving a clear sense of what the role entails.

From a user’s point of view, which aspects of the app could be improved, and what steps would you take to address them?
It was ok, very straightforward. The interviewer asked many tricky questions. HR not really professional, wrongly advertised, and made interviewees wasted their time. Would not apply for shopee again. Overated company with average salary.
