Was asked by an HR staff member to answer a marketing exam. Basically, situational essays (crisis management) and writing captions.
After that, I was scheduled for an interview the next day at 2 PM.
The day of the interview came and waited for the 2 PM call. However, it did not come. I have already thought of it as a RED FLAG. It was very unprofessional of them. So, I went on with my life.
After 47 minutes, the phone rang. I gave it a try but I didn’t seriously answer the questions. It’s not worth it anyway.
Overall, the interviewing experience with them was OK. However, they were unprofessional.

not very formal and no need to be so nervous. i got interviewed here twice, once with full english both user and HR, and the second one mixed indonesian and english

The interview process was straightforward and contained multiple steps: first a phone call from HR, followed by an initial interview with the team lead, then a final interview with the team manager. I didn't get accepted but I never received feedback why I wasn't accepted especially since I reached the final stage.

What are your strengths and weaknesses that can affect your work?
Recruiter using english and nice, experienced detail oriented. Interview using google meet first they ask about your background and then ask about your personal career journey. Overall process interview is very fast
