There are several step to complete to get the GLP position. Including:
1. Online test (GMAT and Psychological test, its not that difficult you could practice it first from several website available)
2. Pauli and MBTI test. (just basic pauli and MBTI test, dont have to prepare much)
3. Interview with HR (this is where I failed..)

Overall smooth experience. HR replied emails fast. The interview is online. As a new grad myself, I didn't get any questions regarding academic or school projects. The questions are mostly about my internship experience. The HR was digging into one aspect of my resume, so it is really important to think deeper and broader about how you can answer questions regarding your past experience.
