Pretty typical interview process, firstly involves a phone interview conducted by a HR personnel to screen/ assess your profile with questions like:
- Explain your current role?
- Why are you leaving your current role?
- What do you know of the role you're applying for?
If they decide your profile fits that of the role you're applying for, then they'll pass your application onto the hiring manager who will then decide whether to call you in for a F2F interview.
The entire process was smooth, the HR personnel was very helpful, warm & friendly. The hiring manager who interviewed me was very upfront and honest which I really appreciate. There was also a case study, to analyse your capability and overall thought process.
