Applied for the Junior Relationship Manager role. Underwent three interviews, one with HR and two with employees of similar functions. Application process took around three weeks (one interview per week).
Interviews were very punctual, interviewers were professional. As it was conducted during the time of quarantine, all interviews were via Google Hangouts or Skype, audio only.

If Shopee hired you for thirty days only, what would you do within those thirty days?
HR is very friendly and professional, quick replies when I had difficulty accessing the portals to the interviews. However, had a feeling the I wasn’t suitable for the role during the User interview, and I was right. Ghosted me right after which is normal, but would be nice if I had gotten a clear rejection.

got into second interview with user and it was fully in english. did not pass the user interview for that department, but the HR scheduled second interview with another user (same department, different category)

The interview process consisted of an initial interview, followed by an HR interview, and then an interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience during the HR stage. The HR interviewer did not attend the scheduled call, and I had to follow up via email just to proceed with the interview. It was then postponed again due to technical issues on her end. After the interview, I was informed that I would be scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager, but I never received any further communication.
