The platform Glider.ai they use for online coding assessment is terrible. 1. Glider.ai's face detection algorithm demonstrates what is artificial ignorance at best. I understand the platform wants to record candidates to prevent cheating. However, whenever you make a little natural movement, like moving a little bit closer to the screen or looking down to think, or whatever little movement you tend to do when thinking, it will 'flag' you as cheating. Much of your time for the online assessment will be spent trying to figure out why you are flagged. 2. The platform does not allow you to practice with their console. So don't be surprised that most of your time will be spent familiarizing with their console and how they work with different input and output.
