First submiting the CV online, and get to the online test in a rolling basis. The online test is in GMAT format and it is quite hard compared to other companies' tests I have tried. After passing the online test, you go to the online interview with HR. The interview is around 20 mins with some questions about yourself, what you have learnt from your failure, how you solve the conflicts in teamwork, what you know about Shopee and its business model, etc. Next is the online group discussion. There were 5 people in my group. We need to discuss a case study and present all within around 30 mins. The case study is about a retail cooperation that wants to enter the new market, how should you deal with that task? I cannot make it through this round.
