2nd round - phone interview with HR (behavioral questions)
3rd round - group case study (onsite)
The case is same as the sample provided by consulting firms.
5 rounds of interview/assessment:
1. written assessment: was not so hard, but many got cut
2. HR group interview: group of 10 people to do a short case, then individual interview with HR
3. Case interview with managers: have to practice before to be able to pass
4. Group case interview: see how you interact and do group work with 5 other individuals
5. Case interview with top management: partner-style interview

Process wise - 5 rounds of tests and interviews, ranging from standard behavioral to 1-1 and group case studies. Rounds 1 and 2 were standard GMAT style tests and behavioral, whereas R3 are MBB case studies and R4 Group Case.
