3 stages - 2 interviews & 1 test. total took 1.5 weeks from 1st stage to offer stage (i think my recruiter was rly efficient)
1st interv - with recruiter, was a 30mins zoom call. asked mostly about past experiences. recruiter was rly nice to address my concerns and explained about the diff roles and constantly checking in to see if i’m okay with the role offered.
test - excel test to be done and submitted in 1 hour.
2nd interv - 30mins zoom video call with hiring manager, asked mostly behavioral ques & also asked ques based on my past experiences. the manager was very sweet and nice!
overall was a pleasant experience.
3 rounds of interviews with business cases. The interview is in a local language but might have some English self introduction required in some screen levels. Questions are not hard but quite relevant to business sector that you are applying to

Lengthy interview process, usually about 4 rounds, takes about a whole month to hear back. Be careful of certain HRs - very two faced and can shortchange you. Company now also turning bad, people are asked to go left and right and people in higher postitions may be more of bootlickers.

O recrutador me cumprimentou, se apresentou e descreveu o processo da entrevista, fez algumas perguntas diretas, sobre mim, funções e expectativas profissionais. Depois um pequeno feedback e informou para aguardar o contato do RH.
