The interviewers will focus on your past experiences, with an emphasis on why you made certain decisions, any trade offs, how you motivated risk, and what was the outcome of those decisions. They will also ask what you feel could be improved about the Shopee App, and the steps you would take to implement your proposed solution.
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.
