Interview with HR, continue with Director of the division. HR interview is more on background checking. 2nd round interview is more on technical and behavioral sides on business development and analytics. A case study was also being asked during the interview.

It was efficient and productive only lasting 1 week. Interview questions were challenging and interesting. Both hiring manager and Depaertnent being able to test your business accumen with these situational questions is really nice
