Interview was okay. Kept asking me if I wanted the job then ghosting. Not a very good experience for jobseekers. I think it would be better to just reject outright than drag someone along the process.

It was good. 3 rounds of interviews
HR: Basic background check, interest level, how do prepare for iv
2 Direct Seniors: More technical and situational questions
Team Manager: Casual talk to understand personal work style and personality
First-round was with HR. HR was quite nice and professional. I did a self-introduction, and she asked expected follow-up questions. She left around 10 minutes for me to ask questions. Then I proceeded to hiring-manager. He asked me to introduce myself in English and then we switched to Mandarin.
