Had 3 rounds in total - HR, Reporting Manager, Head of Department
HR round was relatively ok, typical questions. Reporting manager had a small fun case study for me to work on. Head of Department was more focused on cultural fit and knowledge fit.

Tell me one project you've led and what impact it has made
Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.
