Fiz a entrevista em São Paulo (SP)
A etapa com RH foi maravilhosa, uma entrevista leve, tranquila, bem conduzida. Porém a entrevista técnica foi bem desconfortável, os gestores não pareciam interessados e não possuíam postura amigável. Case técnico ao vivo, com perguntas difíceis e uma cobranca alta para o cargo mesmo sendo junior.
Acredito que seja o perfil da empresa, mas esperava uma atmosfera mais dinâmica e flexível dado a senioridade do cargo que não era alta

Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.
