I would say rather one of the worst experiences I had. Scheduling literally sucked. There were no details what so ever, wrong time was communicated.
Interviewer committed that a feedback will be given. Absolutely nothing was shared and recruiter was not responsive at all. Interview was also not structured. They were coming up with random questions, They were scattered and all over the place.
It was biased and decisions are made on gut feeling rather then competency. Candidate experience was terrible and that shows the culture company has. I wish they improve but keeping in view their practices, cant hope for it any time soon

There was an initial phone call, and then interview with three members of team following this including a 'life story' segment which was different from anything I had done before but was enjoyable.

I did a 30min chat and after that the company completely ghosted me, didn't even bother to reply my follow up email. After about a month I got a rejection email template, the one they obviously use to reject people they haven't interviewed, the no-reply type of email.
An absolute waste of time.
