The background interview was very nice. The technical interview (Gauntlet) was extremely difficult especially the chat part. The questions were pretty weird considering they were not related to the app at all and you had to dig deeper in order to find them. You also have to nail all three, Phone, Chat and Email which is very nerve-wracking. No making up for any mistakes you make. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. The interview itself reflects on how stressful of an environment it would be and no amount of money should subject anyone to these levels of stress.

Typically 3 rounds. They do a good job of getting to know you and who you are. Then there's a gauntlet where they put you on the spot in some customer scenarios to figure out how you operate.
