Started the interview process off well with good communication. Did the initial call, life interview, case study and then final round. The final round went alright except for one of the interviewers came in clearly under the influence and was slurring her words and constantly forgot what I answered and the questions she asked. Looks like she currently does the role in some capacity. I'm not sure what happened but afterwards received a generic rejection with no feedback after 2 weeks of silence. Shopify should review who is interviewing their candidates and if they have any drug problems. Not a great look.
