Applied online then did a phone interview followed by 3 on-site interviews at their office. It was a Straight forward process that took maybe two weeks from first interview to the outcome. I did not pass the interview although I thought it was quite basic, and chances are I wouldn't have joined anyways looking at what's going on with the "Skype" team, they seem to have been trumbling as an organization with a dark future. As for the role's team, two engineers that interviewed me, one of them already left the team, another was leaving soon. And the last one that is still in the team did not seem happy what so ever.
