I applied online and heard back from a hiring manager within two weeks. I had a 30-minute call with a hiring manager but didn't make it to the next round. Overall, they were very communicative.

I had an initial virtual interview online. If I had passed there would have been a second interview. The interviewer asked me questions and the interview lasted for 45 mins

The interview process was quite smooth. It wasn't too difficult but they had decided to pursue other candidates because my performance was slightly worse (they were fair enough to share this). The recruiter had a very calm and composed personality and the questions asked mostly related to "Why and How" at Slack and from the CV.

Why Slack and not any other Team Communication Platform?
Submitted the resume, and got an email saying I'm on the next round. Then I got a Codility exercise, 3 tasks to finish in 2 hours. I passed two tasks' tests, but didn't pass the other one.
