Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Slack (San Francisco, CA) nel mese di set 2018
Colloquio
The interview process was similar to others I've had, but definitely better than most of the other companies I interviewed with. I had a phone call with the recruiter who reached out to me via email, then a call with the hiring manager, then a take-home exercise (to be completed in one week), and then an onsite!
What I loved about the interview process was that I thought it was challenging but incredibly fair. The take-home exercise is something I was able to complete but wasn't a walk-in-the-park. I do remember thinking how incredibly thoughtful the exercise was structured, because it touched on so many relevant web-development topics. I really enjoyed working on it.
After finishing the exercise, I was invited onsite and interviewed with 4 different people. Two interviews were technical, and two were more conversational. Part of the onsite interview involves doing a code review of your own assessment, which I really enjoyed.
Another wonderful thing about my interview process was that my panel was 50-50 male-female, which has never happened before and I've done quite a few onsites! Overall, I had a great interview experience and felt that my recruiter was preparing me the best she could and that she really advocated for me as a candidate. It means a lot.

Web-development questions, but I don't want to share specifics.
A phone screen, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, a take-home code review exercise, then a three-part final round of video interviews consisting of separate culture fit, front-end technical, and system design sessions with the team.
