The interview process was well organised, I was always informed on next steps in a timely manner and I had a good understanding of who would be interviewing me each time. Overall it was a seamless experience!

The process was amazing from start to finish. The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and once I responded to him, things moved very quickly and I was kept informed and up to date on the process every step of the way. I had one phone call with the recruiter, one Zoom call with the Hiring Manager, and four on site interviews which were a mixture of in-person and Zoom calls with potential colleagues in the US. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and warm, the Dublin office is beautiful and there was a lovely atmosphere in the office. During the interviews, I was given ample opportunity to ask my own questions and many of the interviews felt like genuine conversations. From initial contact to final phone call, the whole process took four weeks and I think this could have gone even quicker had it not been for Thanksgiving week and many people in the US being off during my interview process! I wasn't offered the job but I really enjoyed the process and speaking with everyone I met, so I will definitely keep an eye out for any suitable roles that come up in Slack.
