Straight-forward and wonderful. Everyone was kind and the process was clear because of their wonderful recruiter. She made things super transparent: timeline, how many rounds, etc.
I got through the first two rounds and completed the third round, but they went a different direction.

How I would approach the position given my non-traditional background (academia).
It was a smooth process with the HR recruiter. There was consistent communication. The Managers were clearly not great interviewers. They told me some of my answers were "wrong". My answers were my opinions on learning design strategies and I don't think they can be wrong. They might not be a good fit, but an interviewer should not act as though it's wrong.
