Talked with a technical recruiter to assess fit for the role. Due to time constraints, they worked with me very quickly to get an interview setup with hiring manager and one other PM. Was asked to create presentation on my work. Presented that to 2 people in succession, I assume so that they can remove bias in initial impressions.
Was called back to be brought in again for Panel interview after receiving a homework prompt. Homework was based on real issues the business is facing and something the individual would have to come up with solutions for in their role. Challenge was actually very fun and engaging due to the complexity of the problems, but allowed for flexibility in presenting solutions. Met with each of the people from the panel in 1:1 meetings that had follow up questions that were thoughtful about my challenge.
Unfortunately, was not given an offer due to the specificity of the role, but I want to say this: This interview process, the people (everyone in the chain from the recruiter to the people I talked to individually) was a very positive change from some of the other companies that are in their situation as fast growing company. They are incredibly humble for what they have accomplished so far and the teams I met with exude the empathy that is projected in their product and PR. I think anyone that gets an opportunity to work there is really going to enjoy working along side the people I met.

To be honest, there weren't any incredibly difficult questions asked in the interview, which was why I enjoyed the experience so much. It seemed as if the interview relied on your past experience, your ability to give a presentation, and your emotional fit with the company.

Relatively good interview process - but took way to long to respond even after many rounds of interviews. Went through an initial HR interview, then another stakeholder interview with a sr PM, and then another with a group PM.

General style that asked about experience working with developers.
Efficient and informative interview process. Grateful for the opportunity to interview and enjoyed the process as they answered all my questions and addressed all comments and concerns I had about the position.
The interview process was fairly efficient- I spoke to a recruiter then a member of the Product Team. They gave me an overview of the job description and the interview process.
