Process was 1 written test followed by 3 rounds of technical face to face interview, which is supposed to be followed by HR round. Hr process is not well equipped They were taking lot of time for interviewing handful candidates. There was no resume screening process. Many candidates were have been told that there profile is not suitable after 3 rounds of discussion.Also people who have come through consultants were told that "Its problem of consultant not HR due to which you have lost your entire day". Interesting part is they asked for feedback at end but started arguing and abusing candidates after receiving feedback.
