Initially interviewed by two technical Engineers , who are competent in their skills and interview went well. Once they short list , Manager round took almost 2 weeks and finally the interviewr is not skilled and he know only one question asking tell me how to design a netflix like architecture. I have explained clearly , however he speaks like he is the one designed Netflix infra etc.. and later he didnt reject me , instead he told he need soem time . he dragged this process almost a month and then told Recruiter he wants to interview me again . He came up with similar questions again and later again hold for 2 weeks and then said not suitable .

Had a single interview with the hiring manager and similar-level resource. The interview went well but they were trying to hide what the organisation is really like and the challenges they have with staff retention. Limited to no technical analysis or business analysis of my experience and skillset. Was advised I would be having a second interview in a few days, 10+ days later the recruitment team messaged to say the interview went great but the manager was ill and they would get back to me at a later date. Never heard anything since, very poor talent acquisition experience.
