      Colloquio

      I went through a multi-step interview process that consisted of three rounds and an aptitude test. Initial Phone Screening: The process started with a general phone call conducted by an external recruiter on behalf of the company. This was more of an introductory conversation, where I was given information about the role and the company. The recruiter also gathered basic details about my background and experience. Aptitude Test: Before the second interview, I was asked to complete an aptitude test. This assessed various cognitive and problem-solving skills relevant to the role. Second Interview (Video Call): The second interview was a one-hour video call with the company's global talent HR. It was an intensive session, focused on understanding my personal experiences. I was asked about my strengths, my sales experience, past job roles, and achievements. We also discussed my long-term goals and how they align with the company's vision. Third Interview (On-site in Barcelona): The final stage was an in-person meeting at the company's office in Barcelona with the heads of the firm. The interview started with introductions from both sides, followed by a sales role-play. In this exercise, I had to assume the role of a representative from SoftwareOne, while the interviewers played the role of clients. The session lasted about an hour. Overall, the interview process was detailed and challenging, with each stage designed to test different aspects of my skills and fit for the role.
