I connected with the HR team over LinkedIn, and it was a great interaction. After a brief discussion over a call about my career experience, the second and final round of interview with the Operations Manager was scheduled.
The interview wasn't too tough — the interviewer mainly wanted to understand my interest in the role, my comfort with work timings, and my alignment with their store operations SOP.
I'm happy to share that I got selected! I’ve officially made a career switch to the retail industry, and I’m grateful to The Souled Store (TSS) for giving me this wonderful opportunity to start this new chapter. 🙌
