I was initially interviewed by Zanette. The interview lastest about an hour with a bevy of questions ranging from my background and experience to analytical thinking, and behavioral questions. She was a delight to interview with and we had great rapport. She answered my questions honestly and completely. After speaking with her, I was very excited about what Sound Pro had to offer and the position.

The conversation was collaborative, informative and tested my abilities to think of out of the box for this role. Also, her promptness in following up/ returning my phone calls and emails was greatly appreciated as well.

The process was clear and smooth.
I was contacted by Zannette for an initial interview and after our conversation detailed next steps and timing were provided. When a record-breaking storm hit, she pro-actively contacted with an updated plan. Importantly, I was contacted after a decision had been made to let me know I didn't get the offer. That might sound odd, but that courtesy is rare these days.

The conversation focused on questions to determine behaviors based on real-life examples from past experience. The questions sparked an interesting conversation revealing what is important for both the needs of the position/company and the candidate. I left the conversation more interested and excited about the opportunity.
