3 stage process:
- video interview with the commercial director
- Interview with company founder
- Presentation to commercial director and sales manager
A very friendly team of interviewers. Felt fairly informal which was great to settle interview nerves. The company seems to value personality over experience for the sales executive role as they provide a good amount of training. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Really good interview with some nice people. Asked a lot of questions but were friendly and not intimidating. Competency based questions where they asked about my prior experience doing similar tasks
