Recruiter reached out a week after I submitted the job application. Got to a total of two rounds of interview (recruiter & team) but never heard back from them after that. To ghost a candidate after hours of interview prep and company research they have done to go through the process is extremely inconsiderate. With automation now days, it takes less than a second to send a rejection email. That is something the recruitment team can improve on. Honestly, it leaves such a bad impression.
