A recruiter contacted me from the company for a phone screen and two days later I haven't heard a response. I wonder why they contacted me in the first place if they had no intentions of doing a phone screen. If they've gone forward with another candidate that's fine but at least let me know it's unprofessional.

Contacted by a recruiter through Linkedin asking if I was interested in a System Engineer position at their Stockholm offices. I quickly replied but couldn't manage to arrange an interview since recruiter never ansewered my mail nor the company sent me a "Thanks, but no thanks" rejection letter.
I am not sure if this company is for real, seems no one has been hired yet for that position.
