I went through several phone interviews that were pleasant and successful. They asked me to come in for a long in person session that included interviews and coaching one of their teams that was having a problem with retrospectives. The final interview was with two of their existing Agile coaches. They made me go through a role play session where they wanted me to coach someone who was acting like a sociopath. When I provided feedback to them that the scenario they set up was unrealistic, the lead coach was rude and hostile to me.
