Had a call with one of their recruiters. It took no longer than 30 minutes and the questions were all standard. Nothing out of the ordinary. Once we completed our call, the “recruiter”, and I use that in quotations because he’s not good at his job, told me I’d be moving forward with the next individual and would be sending me the info. He then sends me a generic rejection email that Friday at 4:30 pm and when I reply to get feedback because he already had told me I would be moving forward, he already has his “Out of office email” up. This recruiter was beyond unprofessional and it’s comical he has a job. If this is the talent they’re hiring I would steer clear of this company.
