The interview process usually entails meeting with the internal recruiter for your department. There are 3-4 recruiters for the major areas of Sprout. They will explain the role to you, introduce you to a few of your potential coworkers, take you on a tour of the office (the best part!). Then they get down to finding out about your experience and evaluating whether or not you'd be a good fit.

It's been a while since I have interviewed but I was asked to present a case of a company who would use our tool to do social media and what aspects they would find valuable in the tool. I had to come up with specific examples of features, like what keywords I would search for to help my company identify tweets and potential customers using Sprout Social's keyword search functionality.
