Sprout's recruitment team was great. They were extremely communicative, kind, and informative. They practice equal opportunity hiring practices so they ask all candidates the same questions for rounds one and two. All questions were straightforward and about general topics like collaboration, client services, and platform experience. Round three was a case study presentation to a group of three higher-ups. It wasn't a difficult assignment, but it was a bit more time-consuming than expected.

Phase 1: Spoke with a recruiter and went over my background. I am now doing Phase 2: Where I am meeting with the hiring manager. I will keep you updated.
The interview process consisted of three comprehensive rounds. It concluded with a final demo presented to key leadership, where I walked through a project I successfully managed from start to finish. The presentation included an overview of project objectives, the specific challenges encountered, how I overcame those obstacles, and the measurable results delivered. I also highlighted stakeholder engagement, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and the tools and methodologies used to ensure success. The demo served as both a showcase of my problem-solving approach and an example of how I drive outcomes that align with business goals.
It was good overall, nice and quick. Overall pretty transparent. Bummer I didn't get the job. Everything was over zoom which was nice and easy. It was long though and took a lot out of me. Wanted a presentation too
