Very bad experience with this company. I applied for the Senior Product Designer position and after a couple of days I received an email from the CEO, mentioning that they had "thoroughly reviewed your application and are delighted to invite you to participate in the challenge stage".
I completed the design task which took approximately 6 hours. I submitted the design task and I mentioned in my email that I was expecting their response AND feedback. After a couple of days I got a rejection email from another person mentioning the following: "Following a thorough evaluation of your challenge submission, we regret to inform you that we have chosen not to proceed with your application for this role. At this time, we are unable to provide individual feedback."
Of course I responded immediately that based on the time invested on this task I would expect feedback on the design task. Of course as of today, no response from their side.
This is unbelievable. They expect a candidate to work on a 6-hour design task (without having a screening call in advance) and after that they do not bother even to provide you with feedback. There is a high chance that they are looking for free work/inspiration.
To any future candidate: Demand first to have at least a screening cali with this company.
To the owner/CEO: As it seems, there are multiple negative reviews here on Glassdoor, about how you treat candidates, which unfortunately checked after I submitted my design task. So, instead of looking for more employees, better hire a mentor/consultant to educate you about how you should treat people.
