Very unprofessional. The recruiter canceled my interview a few minutes beforehand with no notice or reason why. It was very unprofessional. People need to respect others' time, especially when searching for a job.

Phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with VP, onsite interview where I met with 4 people and a tour of the authentication center. Everyone was really enthusiastic and excited to be interviewing. The recruiter was thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. I felt I was prepared for the interview day after the phone interviews. The questions asked were applicable to the job and the people interviewing were looking for specific examples.
