I applied on online. After getting an phone interview offer on email, I was interviewed on phone. It took one week and half. The Interviewee was very kind and the interview process was very friendly. She explained about company and the role with lots of details. They wanted a person who can work lots of banners for web with not only design team, but also with their marketing team members.
