Filled out a lengthy questionnaire before the phone screening with HR. Some of the questions in the questionnaire were quite intrusive and uncomfortable to answer. The phone screening with HR was OK, but not a very comfortable experience. She didn't seem to understand too much of the front- and back-end of the position and my correlation of my job to this position.

A lengthy email questionnaire, two phone interviews, then an in-person copyedit test and four interviews. These were more hoops than I normally have to jump through, and totally unwarranted. When I arrived, nobody greeted me at reception. Two of the people interviewing me were either aggressive or uninterested. Overall, a very young and unprofessional vibe.
