Colloquio
Process is as follows: recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, task assignment, 4 interview loop, reference checks. The fact that Stripe requires task assignments from a high volume of candidates, prior to the interview loop, and provides zero feedback to candidates they don't move forward is such a bad practice. Providing transparency to candidates that have put in days of work to complete an assignment for you is the bare minimum and Stripe is apparently unwilling to hit that bar. I would not recommend interviewing with this company - your efforts are better spent elsewhere.
Pretty straightforward overall and no surprises. Call with recruiter to talk about position, interview with hiring manager, take home writing assessment, then on-site interview with 4 people testing product, stakeholder management, strategy

1 Recruiter Screen
2 HM Interview
3 Written Assignment
4 Final Round = 4 interviews. 3 behavioral + 1 labeled "behavioral + functional" that was actually a *case* interview.
When I asked if it was a case interview, my recruiter said the it would still be a behavioral style interview (tell me about a time, give me an example when, etc.) but will be digging into the more functional expertise of your previous experience as compared to our operating principles.
It was NOT at all behavioral - it was a case interview. And it was deceptive to label the interview as "behavioral + functional" instead of a "case interview”
