The interview process was very standard for technical program management - recruiter screen, technical program manager screen, then a final round consisting of system design, partnerships, leadership, technical project walkthrough, and program management.

- Preliminary discussion with hiring manager and other key team members to ensure I was interested and aligned with the role. - A writing project was then given (two questions) which was used as reference during the full day interview. - Full day interview panel (~9am - 2pm) with 6 1:1 interviews. - Request for two references - One final interview to finalize leveling
