What I believe I experienced was poor screening. I did interviews when clearly there was no match on basic expectations. I was led to believe the job was remote but it wasn't really.
Pas grand chose d'intéressant, entretien classique de RH qui pose des questions en mode "pourquoi es-tu resté si peu de temps dans cette boite" ou qui s'inquiète d'un trou de 3 mois dans un CV. L'impression d'une boite peu moderne et assez médiocre

The first interview went great. Common PM questions. The interviewer was quite friendly. He even mentioned "I still need to debrief with the hiring manager, but it is almost sure you'll go to the next stage" After that, gosthing... I event wrote him 2 weeks later like "hey, what happened"... More gosthing...
