Had great experience and I wouldn't call it as interview but a discussion. They firmly believe to get the right candidate for the right job and selecting best of best was their motive. All the interviewers were down to earth and completely understand the pulse of the candidate and act accordingly. End of the discussion irrespective candidate is selected or not, appreciation or areas improvement helps the candidate in moulding them better. Giving them sheer confidence and motivation improve themselves.
