Recruiter and panel were great. I interviewed with several people and had positive experience overall and recruiter even said there is a final interview with a General Manager which is mostly a formality but I feel like I was judged by a final interview by the General Manager for some odd Questions that are neither behavioral nor technical. Felt like more of an interrogation tbh like how Detectives would interview suspects . I felt I wasted my precious time. Please have this GM round first to filter out your candidates instead of wasting the candidates time. Its an odd interview and you cannot judge a person within 45 mins. I am sure this company lost good talent because of this process. For prospective candidates don’t waste your time talk to your recruiter first if there is a GM interview at the end. If there is run!
