I did not experience anything like it from interview processes at other companies, and I thought it demonstrated very well how much Grammarly cares about their values. The whole process was really smooth. I was given a very helpful interview guideline detailing what to expect and how to prepare for the virtual on-site. And the recruiter regularly checked in during the whole process to coordinate with my interview process with other companies. Really enjoyed the discussions with all the interviewers and appreciated the focus on analytical thinking and communication.
