I had a great experience with the interview process - it went incredibly smooth and fast! The recruiter was extremely efficient and gave me feedback ultrafast, although there were many steps involved, If you are in a hurry, they are very flexible in accommodating your schedule and will find slots as fast as you wish. Overall, a great experience!

1 phone screen -> onsite: 1 coding, 1 system design, and 1 technical deep dive The initial recruiter call goes over the role and interview process. After the initial phone screen, you get connected with a second recruiter who handles the remaining process (on site, team matching, leveling). For full stack roles, I was given the choice of backend focused coding or system design. Whichever one I didn’t choose for backend would be the frontend focused interview. The process was overall very efficient and the recruiters were responsive throughout. They also help prepare you for each interview.
