The interview process was fairly involved, with many individual meetings with various technical personnel, which tested my capabilities as a prospective employee. In addition to the computer science basics, .Net specifics, system architecture, and the overall approach to problem-solving, etc., were tested. All persons I interacted with during the process were welcoming and supported me reasonably.
