I was contacted by the recruiter on LinkedIn and set up an initial screening phone call. Second conversation was with the hiring manager. I was asked to change interview date to an earlier time to only realize that hiring isn't happening until later in the year due hiring manager's sabbatical. The hiring manager wasn't very consistent and provided no feedback on the interview.
