I applied through Naukri.com for Hyderabad location.
First round was telephonic- screening and he invited for in-house interview.
At the office.
Area Manager-Field Ops has asked questions on past work experience and few questions on swiggy and few situation based questions.
Next City Head has come -asked almost same questions and said,'I'm giving you an excel to test to work on, kindly revert within the specified time. Once it's time ,a final round with our senior official and that's it. Donot worry, we have a good opinion about you'
I submitted the excel test next day but no response.
After 4 days, HR told my candidature is on hold.
After 10 days, Same dialogue, it's on hold.
After 17 days, HR texted me on what'sapp to move on to other opportunities.

They do not have an streamlined process for interview. The interview was conducted in Coimbatore for area manager position. I had an HR round , telephonic round, apptitude and face to face with operations manager. I cleared all the round and at the end they told I still have one more round. And didn't call for long time and when I enquired they said my profile does not have people management. That's why we share a resume in first place. It should have been said in first round. But I have to spend 8000rs for travel from Chennai to Coimbatore. The interview was held in various round in a gap of one week for a month and they could see it only in final round. Aspirants kindly confirm with them before attending interviews . The HR or the management does not have any clue whatsoever. They'll waste your time money and energy. And there is no streamlined process of interview. They are still in a startup stage
